The best meal we have eaten on our cross-Canada road trip! We ordered the honey glazed pork meal and the Doritos chicken burger. The food was very wholesome and so flavourful. I am still thinking about it!! It was plated very nicely too. The vibe was very welcoming and we had friendly service. We enjoyed a complimentary carrot cake which was also amazing and so flavourful! Would highly recommend!

Really friendly and obliging staff, really interesting menu, so nice to visit an independent restaurant that is confident enough to veer away from the usual fare. We had Ceylon curry, butter chicken, and we also tried a breakfast dish of curried potato in pastry (like a giant vol-au-vent) topped with a poached egg. It was divine! They were also very accommodating for our baby. Definitely coming back and have already recommended to friends.

We were on a road trip and decided to stop here for breakfast before visiting the Samiis Tepee nearby. I’m so glad they opened early on a Sunday and also have many vegetarian options available. The place is clean and cozy, both chef and staff were incredibly friendly and their shakshuka was the best we’ve ever had, it was a pleasant experience overall.

Absolutely phenomenal! I had the pleasure of enjoying 4 dishes that completely blew the family away — both visually and in flavor. First up: the pasta. This creamy, rich, and perfectly seasoned pasta dish came topped with tender, juicy beef chunks that were bursting with flavor. The sauce was a velvety tomato-cream blend that hugged every ribbon of the fettuccine beautifully, with sweet bell peppers adding just the right crunch and freshness. The sprinkle of grated cheese gave it that comforting finish, and the toasted garlic bread on the side? Golden, crispy perfection — ideal for soaking up the leftover sauce. Then there's the power bowl. What a colorful, nourishing masterpiece! It had everything — fresh mixed greens, crunchy carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and slaw — all bright, crisp, and refreshing. The fluffy rice base paired wonderfully with the savory beef bites and creamy avocado swirl. Accents Kitchen never fails us. Good food, reasonable price,BIG portion of servings, and excellent service. The two brothers that runs the restaurant are very friendly and welcoming everytime we come for a meal. Accents is still our favorite restaurant in Medicine Hat.

Enjoyed the beef melt and Thai chili fries ( definitely try wow!) and my son had the steak carbonara, delicious! Next time we’re in Medicine Hat this will be where we come to eat and would recommend trying. I noticed there is gluten free options on the menu I as well.

UPDATE I recently dined here again and was once again impressed. The service was exceptional, and the food was delicious. I will always make a point to stop here for a meal. Thank you! My girlfriend and I had lunch here the other day, and it was absolutely delicious! I’ve been here before and loved it, but I decided to come back and try it again. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was still just as good as before. My burger was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. My girlfriend had the mashed potatoes with protein, and I think it was a great choice. Thank you for such a wonderful lunch!
